Does anybody follow recipes on YouTube.

I’ve got a few I watch sometimes.

There’s a great Italian American chef named Pasquale Sciarappa. He’s an older gentleman with a great accent.

Then I watch Italian ones from Italy. One has a translated version. It’s called Yellow Saffron.

Jamie Oliver is fun to watch.

Finally I recently found an Italian chef called Max Mariola. I believe he cooks from his own home, and some of his videos feature his baby who’s just a cutie. He only speaks Italian, but he’s pretty animated and fun to follow.

You might like the Domestic Geek. She’s Canadian.

Laura in the kitchen and Gemma Stafford are also good.

The Onepotchefshow is also good.

Scott Rea (butchering with some cooking)

Is Pasquale the one that drinks wine while cooking and has people call in while he cooks? if so, he does have a great accent, lol!

Edit: just checked, yup, that’s him.

I haven’t see ones where people call in. He has a video where he can’t say “ worcestershire”. And he calls hot red peppers “Oh yeah baby”.

He made a fig and prosciutto pizza on his grill. I’d like to try that.

Have you seen the elderly lady named Clara? Depression cooking. Look up her show about making Cucidati!
I don’t use her recipe, but it did inspire me to find a recipe and try making them. Delicious!

Yes, very sweet elderly lady. She’s got a number of Italian American dishes, and lovely stories about her youth.

He reminds me of my dad. My father spoke like him, Pasquale seems a few years younger than my dad would have been.

He sounds like my BIL. I wonder where Pasquale is from? Or your father?

I do like to watch those little speeded up recipe things that make everything look so easy to cook too.

My father was Sicilian. Pasquale I believe mentioned being from Puglia.

Are they even close geographically? I admit not know all that much about Italy, though my mom’s side of the family is from there.

The ones that take just a minute and are just close ups of the pan and the chef’s hands? Usually there’s an up tempo music?

Puglia is near the heal of the boot. 😁 my dad had a similar accent when speaking English.

I love them too. When I was little my mom liked “The Galloping Gourmet “.

I like tiny cooking shows , where they cook edible food, but dollhouse size. They use little tea light candles to cook tiny quantities of meats and eggs and toast and things.

Those are fascinating! The tiny food always comes out so appealing too.
