I like when they use wee tiny quail eggs.
I thought I’d get all fancy-schmancy a couple months ago , and bought some quail eggs at the local Asian supermarket.
Here’s the thing, though, wee tiny eggs have wee tiny shells, and I’m used to the tougher shells of chicken eggs.
Wound up to be a disaster, wasted most of the little eggs
