Cool Catholic Tattoos?

I would never get a tattoo. Maybe that’s just because there’s a tattoo parlor I know of called the Rusty Needle.

I think I can survive without one.

I have no tattoos that would be visible under ordinary, short-armed clothing. Old skin is just as attractive or not attractive with or without tattoos, it doesn´t matter.
My body is some kind of temple for me, yes- I care for, I try to be nice looking and clean and I beautify it, with tattoos, too. I would be careful with tattoos on very yound adults, as no one wants the “I had holidays and saw this dolphin motif” effect of the 90s. When I got my first one, I was 24, and I don´t regret it.
 
Been pondering of tattooing the following on myself, just for the irony:

“You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh, for the dead, neither shall you make in yourselves any figures or marks: I am the Lord”. Lev. 19:28

Ahhh sorry! I read it in hurry. 😃 If you do so, what about a small bacon tattoo next to it ?🤣
 
I believe too much tatoo is harming your body too much. A little one, sure, but a big one like those…noo way.
 
Also for those considering the Military, each branch of service has its own regulations on entry with tattos.
