You are taking your scruples far too far.

If it’s a worksheet or a quiz or an exercise, it’s not meant for publication. It is an internal matter between you and your teachers.

If it’s a university thesis, you will be expected to cite your examples exactly as in the link you supplied.

Quoting and citing other people’s work does not break copyright. You are safe to do so.

As you appear to be working from specific sources to summarise your knowledge, if you REALLY want to cover yourself you can state at the end of the answer paper a statement similar to the following:

Answers for this paper/test/quiz were obtained from “{Book name}” by {Book author}( {Book publication year} )

Repeat book names as necessary.

Scruples sorted.

Now go pass your test.

Oh… and I entirely waive my copyright in my suggestion above for all time and for all purposes.

Citations for paraphrasing ARE necessary. Not citing them is plagiarism.

At any time.

Would it be legal to say at the bottom something along the lines of: “most of this information came partially from the textbook”?

Yes, but the specific instances would also need to be mentioned, otherwise it is plagiarism unless the paper is purely a synthesis of information from the textbook.

Whether the teacher cares or not is another matter. I do not understand why you did not follow my very clear advice, the advice I posted earlier.

Are citations and such needed for personal use? Outside of school? If I use statistics from online to create a version of a board game, am I going to have to show everyone a bibliography and citations before playing?
