Cora Evans - Legitimate Catholic Teaching?

On Facebook, I received a “sponsored” solicitation to download a chapter of Cora Evans’ book “Refugee From Heaven”. Her website mentions she was a Catholic convert from Latter Day Saints (“Mormon” religion). Website also mentions a cause for canonization. May I please have some guidance regarding Ms. Evans as I have never heard of her before?

While no official decision was rendered on her apparitions and stigmata, her cause for sainthood has been approved for investigation.

The Vatican has approved a complete investigation into the cause of sainthood of a former Mormon wife and mother who reported visions of Jesus and a mission to promote “The Mystical Humanity of Christ.”

“While canon law clearly states that there is no certainty that Cora Evans will become a saint, the nihil obstat indicates Vatican approval for the process to proceed,” McDevitt said.
