Correct process

What is the correct process to follow if I see that the priest is doing something wrong ?

Is he “teaching” this, or are these his own personal opinions?

As far as the OT, it was not until the Missal of Paul VI and the new 3- year cycle lectionary, that the Chruch thought the OT was worth having at Mass (other than the Psalms).

Married priests areallowed by the Roman Church is certain circumstances. Clerical celibacy is a “discipline” not a “dogma”.

If these are your worst issues, my best suggestion is to start with the priest.
I think this is more of matter of misunderstanding & miscommunication than it is anything else.

He is wrong on the OT statement, but I doubt he means it is totally unimportant; priestly celibacy is a discipline, not a dogma, he (and we) are entitled to have an opinion on that, and there are married priests in the Latin church.

My suggestion is that you nicely have a discussion with the priest, and realize that disciplines are not dogmas and can change, and people can and do disagree on them. However, that does not mean that we can be disobedient if the Church establishes a discipline (such as fasting and abstinence rules, etc).
