Cosmo courting condemnation

Michael Richards, of ‘Seinfeld’ fame as the outrageous Cosmo Kramer character, appears to have fallen into some very hot water as of late. He apparently gave in to anger and to the sin of deliberate hatred and lashed out against blacks in general and to his hecklers in particular. In response to this from Christians I suggest that we should pray for Mr. Richards and for those to whom he directly addressed and for those who by implication were also offended.

Having brought that forward in this post what I would like to pose to the forum is the following question.

Can his racially motivated diatribe be equally compared to actor/director Mel Gibson’s rant vs. those of Jewish descent?

Thank you, Karin. I should’ve executed a search on this topic first but figured that this topic rightly belonged to this particular section…ah well…
 
Yeah - go figure! How did that end up in non-Catholic religions??

Perhaps because Richards is a Jew? Quite a stretch, if so IMHO.
