Could a married non-Latin Rite priest become Pope?

But doesn’t this go against Paul’s command to married couples regarding sexual relations?

“Stop depriving one another, except by agreement for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer, and come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.” (1 Corinthians 7:5)

So even if a married couple decides to mutually agree to refrain from sex for a “time” for the purpose of devotion to prayer, they would still have to “come together” (have sex) again, so they aren’t tempted to commit adultery (since they “lack self-control”).
