Could Anglican chant be used in a Catholic liturgy?

Probably, yes. Just about anything can be used in Catholic liturgy, for better or worse…
 
I’m by no means an expert, but the liturgy calls for a responsorial psalm, so I assume you would have to use part of the chant as a response for the congregation.

For the Roman Rite, the responsorial psalm may be replaced by a Gradual antiphon and psalm verse from the Graduale Romanum.

I suspect Anglican chant would be perfectly acceptable at an Anglican Use Mass from the Ordinariate.

Heck, given that pretty much anything ugly and banal is deemed acceptable at Mass, I see no reason why noble forms such as Anglican or Byzantine chant can’t be used.

It’s no better in French, alas, and we don’t have anything equivalent to Anglican chant to perk things up a bit. So off to the abbey for Mass tomorrow where everything’s in Gregorian chant, and Latin is not a four letter word-in the figurative sense.
 
I doubt if Anglican chants will really appear in our Masses when most regard Gregorian Chants, the very Roman tradition, as obsolete. :rolleyes:
