Can one be saved if they haven’t been to Mass for several yrs due to not feeling up to it health wise, haven’t been to Confession for decades, and for whom the priest doesn’t make it on time for an Anointing prior to death?

Could be saved or not?
It is certainly possible.

If a person dies in a state of Grace then that person is saved.

If a person dies in a state of mortal sin then the person is not saved.

However, it is impossible to say if someone is in a state of Grace (we can’t even know if we ourselves are in a state of Grace). A person might be guilty of sin, even serious sin, but we have no way to know if it is mortal sin. Only God knows for sure.

We can hope and trust in the Mercy of God, but we can never know for sure.

It is not a mortal sin to skip Mass due to illness.

However; I would advise getting the Eucharist Delivered.

Furthermore; one can also have Confession brought too you.

Furthermore; I would think if you were unable to go to Mass due to sickness for many years; you would have had ample time to arrange Anointing; Confession; Eucharist and so forth.

Until I returned to Church, I didn’t realize that a Catholic nun had started a television network (EWTN) or that priests make house calls, or that parishes have Eucharist for home bound Catholics.

Or Deacons, or married Anglo-Catholic priests, or the important of RCIA, etc. 🙂
