Could Use Some Prayer

This economy is really starting to get my wife and me down. We’re in bad shape getting worse. Then too I think and pray for so many good people in the same condition as we are if not worse. There is no work around home. As much as I dread it I’m going to have to find work abroad if possible. I pray I find work. I pray if I find work that someone who needs to work will be hired with me because of me.

Say a prayer for me and my wife as I say a prayer for others as well.

I am definitely praying for you that you find a job and that others may find jobs too. I am praying also over the employers that they may be open and understanding and hire more people.

Mother Mary, please make your intentions in this matter come true. And please help your son to remain strong and faithful amid this trial of his. Amen.
 
Lord God, I pray for MS_SURVEYOR. Please grant him a steady source of income and gainful employment. Bless him and his wife with perseverance so that they may be able to get through this time in their lives. Lead them to colleagues, friends, people, groups, and institutions that can help them find the work that they need. St. Joseph, patron of workers, pray for them.

Dear Saint Joseph, you were yourself once faced with the responsibility of providing the necessities of life for Jesus and Mary. Look down with fatherly compassion upon me in my anxiety over my present inability to support my family. Please help me to find gainful employment very soon, so that this heavy burden of concern will be lifted from my heart and that I am soon able to provide for those whom God has entrusted to my care. Help us to guard against bitterness and discouragement, so that we may emerge from this trial spiritually enriched and with even greater blessings from God. Amen.*
