“Better” is extremely vague. Better for whom? It is not better for the victims of a homicidal rapist to exist. For the victims it would be much better if such a person would not exist.
Better in general. If God didn’t exist then nothing would exist. Thus God’s existence is better than non existence. Most everyone would agree that it is better for them to exist than not. There is no meaning to non existence. Most people would fight to survive because they recognize there is something better about living rather than dying.

Whatever that means? Something can only better or worse in a well-defined set of circumstances. And for the victims of violent acts it would be much better if their attacker would not exist.

It’s not an apeal to numbers but to Argumentum ad communsensum.😉
 
Isn’t the question moot? No-one is offering anybody unlimited power.

And even if someone did, we couldn’t afford the electric bill.
