Could you please pray for my dog

My dog Ruby is sick again. She had some chicken about 4 days ago that may have been a bit undercooked which resulted in diarrhea then blood in her stools. I took her to the vet this morning. She is just on boiled chicken and rice but hasnt eaten or drank anything since last night. She has been crook up until about 4 weeks ago with stomach issues and lost a lot of weight. Please pray she gets better soon. She is an important part of our family and is costing me a fortune in vet bills.
