The Lists of Books were not standardized by today’s standards.

Compare how computers are always being updated in today’s culture.
Language also changes, especially before printing press.

Is there any quote or reference to after Carthage that a Pope or an ecumenical council confirmed the canons of the bible at Carthage before The Council of Trent?
