Hello, everyone. Thank you for your prayers. Anyway, I could use some more prayers.

Today my allergies are flaring up somewhat badly. I did take my Flonase this morning like I was supposed to, but I ended up needing to take some over-the-counter generic Benadryl as well because my nose was congested. My nose is a lot less congested now that it has taken effect. I have also been having some mild pain and some shortness of breath.

I think part of the reason why my allergies and asthma have been flaring up lately is because I had not had my evening medications which include two asthma medicines and an allergy medicine. I was out of my evening medicine for at least two weeks, partly because I couldn’t afford to refill them on time. But now I do have them.
