Hi everyone. Thank you so much for your prayers. I really appreciate them! 🙂

That said, I am posting updates about my health mostly in the prayer thread that I started.

Anyway, here is a short update. I was in pain earlier this morning but thankfully my pain levels have gone down since taking my pain medicine. I am feeling much better now. I was also having an asthma attack and I took a breathing treatment which helped a lot but I am still having some difficulty in breathing. Also, I am having a very bad panic attack right now and I cannot calm down. I ended up just taking two diphenhydramine pills which is generic Benedryl. A crisis line nurse told me to do that once before if I have a panic attack and can’t calm down. Please pray that it works and I will feel better soon. I feel like I am working in ultra-high speed mode or something. I have tried to calm down but nothing seemed to work so I took the generic Benedryl. I am hoping that the side effect of drowsiness (diphenhydramine is a depressant type of medicine) will end the panic attack soon. I often have panic attacks that won’t go away for several hours sometimes but thankfully if I take the diphenhydramine it usually helps a lot.

Glorious Archangel Saint Raphael, great prince of the heavenly court, you are illustrious for your gifts of wisdom and grace. You are a guide of those who journey by land or sea or air, consoler of the afflicted, and refuge of sinners. I beg you, assist me in all my needs and in all the sufferings of this life, as once you helped the young Tobias on his travels. Because you are the medicine of God, I humbly pray you to heal the many infirmities of my soul and the ills that afflict my body. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
