This is confusing because there are two threads created by different family members. The other thread explains that the priest cannot stay in country long enough to quarantine.No quarantine? Why not?

I see. Surprising given the horrendous rates of COVID infection and resulting death in the US.The US doesn’t have a mandatory quarantine for international travel.
