You know what ? I thought about it for the last 2 days. I’m glad Trump lost. He has shown absolutely no leadership during this pandemic. While I don’t blame the pandemic on him, his reaction to it has been denial.
I cannot envision a single past president dealing with the pandemic as Trump has. I would imagine that any other president would have been addressing the nation several times a week, informing us of what we can do and what we must do until an effective vaccine becomes available.
Trump totally dropped the ball on this. For all the good things he did, from a conservative viewpoint, the one occasion that demanded a POTUS rise to, he instead posted tweet after tweet on one liner denials.
Trump was not a good president. He just doesn’t have it in him.
I don’t think history will look favorably on him and I’m not feeling very good about voting for him right now.
