He has been battling colon cancer for two years, and he thought he was going to receive a clean bill of health to come back to work. He is one of the top managers, and a really great guy. A father to a 10 year old boy–it’s just so heartbreaking for him, his wife, and son. He just found out a few weeks ago, that it spread to his liver, and has ‘boomeranged’ back to his colon–again! None of us could believe it, when we heard the news…we all that he’d be returning to work soon. Seven months of straight chemo? Ugh…it’s so sad and horrible. Please pray for a miracle. I have been praying if it be God’s will, to heal him. His family needs him.😦

Thank you, in advance.

Praying for your Coworker WG and our friend too. Our friend has Colon Cancer and has been back and forth to Mayo for treatment. the Chemo seems to be working but the surgeries are just tough on his wife and children. But God our Father will hear our prayers.:gopray2:

I will pray for your coworker. I know what it is to be battling a terrible foe such as cancer and how helpful it is to have friends praying for you. Prayer is pure power. I will also place your friend into the Garden of our Blessed Mother’s Immaculate Heart. May she watch over him and bring all of our prayers to Her Son, purified and cleansed.

“Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored they help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to thee I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful; O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petition, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.”

Praying for healing.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Keeping your coworker in daily prayer along with his family and friends who must be very worried at this time…

Thank you everyone. You know, I’m not even sure what to pray in this situation–it looks terribly grim.😦 I was talking with another coworker yesterday, who worked in a hospital for years, and saw many cancer patients with the same situation…he said typically, once it spreads to the liver, lymph nodes, etc…it’s typically terminal…I have been praying that if it be God’s will to keep him here, that he heals him very quickly. His family needs him–I just feel so sorry for all of them…his wife and son. I will keep praying.
