Coworkers in conflict

I need to ask for prayers for 2 of my coworkers who are in a difficult conflict right now. They are both questioning each other’s work ethics, and seem to be at an impasse in turning things around.

They have worked together for over a decade. They used to have a strong friendship as well as a strong working relationship. Over the last year, their relationship has deteriorated, and today it seems to have hit rock-bottom.

Please pray for Rick and Yong.
