In Hinduism, some temples regard Jesus Christ as a Saint, which I discovered in a scholarly discussion. In fact, the largest Hindu temple in Texas even observes Christmas. Yet, it is my understanding that we have our differences regarding cows, as we should. I found in scripture, within the Book of Exodus (3:16-17), that, Israel is the “Land of Milk and Honey” so dieting without milk is not honoring the removal of cow worship in any way. So, in Catholicism, with specificity involving dieting in the old testament, (in a scholarly discussion with a Jewish woman, mixing meat and milk in the same meal is sinful), there are a lot of variables. What is Catholicism’s complete “take” on Cows?
