I am mending. The ankle is doing pretty well. It was a minor fracture. Mt head is almost healed. Still have a black and blue face and forehead, but it’s looking much better.

I fell mowing the lawn (First accident)…hurt my ankle two weeks ago. Last week (second accident), I fell over the garden hose…face first into the sidewalk. Smashed me up pretty good. I went to the doctor and he x-rayed my head and ankle, (as long as I was there, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to have the still hurting ankle x-rayed as well.) 😃

They discovered I had broke my ankle in the first fall. I busted my nose in the second fall and have one big goose egg on my forehead plus two black eyes. :eek: Basically I am a mess…but getting better every day.

My DH has cancer again, so I have been trying to do all the yardwork he can’t do. I think I won’t apply for a job doing yardwork as I obviously lack the talent and grace to do it well. :whacky:

Thanks for the up-date…glad to hear you are on the mend…I think:confused: …but you do sound like you’re in frightful shape:bigyikes: …hope Gene is doing ok… I offered my Communion for the two of you this morning.
I just got news that my godfather passed in the night…94:thumbsup: He was a WWII Vet and was still fighting the war up until yesterday…he went peacefully in the night. He was my father’s brother…just like him too. He was a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus and an exemplory Catholic…
Well done O, good and faithful servant.:clapping:

I had a heathen name (after a heathen god?) and he thought it inappropriate to the office.
