The end of the universe as we know it. If you can help me understand how it would not be incongruous to believe in both; that would be great.

Is Heaven in this universe or is it, like God, outside time and space? I understood that Heaven, Hell, and Purgatory were states of being (or something like that) rather than locations.

I never said that either. I only suggested in that post that scientific theories should not be taken as absolute fact but as supported theories

True enough. “Just a theory” was my shorthand for the idea that “theory” equals “guess” or similar. Which is very close to something you did say…

I would not call it a fact. It’s rather an assumption that has yet to be proven. Hence the reason why the Big Bang is called a theory
