Hello,
My husband and I are currently learning Creighton to TTA because of medication I am currently on. I am meeting with my teacher next week and she said she would teach me to use Yellow Stickers. I have a vague idea that they are for continual mucus but was wondering if anyone has any experience and could give me a brief overview. Also, I know that relations are permitted on green sticker days but was wondering what the rule is for when you are using yellow. I plan to discuss this in detail next week but would appreciate any (name removed by moderator)ut until then. Thanks so much! 🙂

You are right about yellow stickers. The main thing is to learn the “point of change” so that you can detect when the normal ovulation fertile mucous starts. Because of needing yellow stickers, it took me a bit longer to learn how to chart, but once i got the hang of it, it became pretty easy to distinguish.

There has to be a certain amount in order to use them pre-peak also. If you go to a napro doctor, they may look at the reason you need yellow stickers to see if it can be corrected–I went through a procedure and it greatly reduced my need for yellow stickers.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate the (name removed by moderator)ut.
