Cremated w/ ashed burned into vinyl record?

The more I think about this, the more I think how creepy it would be… what if you collect records and accidentally misfile the remains with some other records?

This is a gross disrespect for the human body. While cremation is acceptable, it is expected that the cremains are properly interred somewhere with respect and dignity. We are created in the image and likeness of God - to do such a disrespectful thing as turn someone’s remains into a record or other object is unacceptable and shows a lack of understanding of human dignity.

I love the idea, but I don’t think I could ever do this. There’s too much amazing music in the world, I don’t think I could ever pick just 24 minutes of it to represent me after I die. On the other hand, a postmortem listening party would probably be a lot more enjoyable than a funeral or wake for those left behind 👍
 
A while back I saw an article about a woman who had her son’s ashes spun down into a solid rock type gem thing that she wore around her neck. I thought it was a little creepy.
