Cross

I know the cross and the crucifiction is outside of time and eternal. But is every point in time eternal? We can put our cares at the foot of the cross.

Hmm not very philosophical but would guess it depends on perspective no? Since God exists eternally in the present that would mean the actions we do he always experiences. Arrgh, this is too much to wrap my brain around, y’all can ponder and speculate to your hearts content, I’ma gonna getz me some nachos.

Time exists within eternity. So, every point in time exists eternally as a finite point within an infinite eternity. Think of a geometric line that goes off infinitely in both directions and time takes up only a finite portion of that. And any point in time is a point on the line. And God looks at every point of the line. This may not be a perfect parallel, but this is what makes sense to me.

I know God is outside of time and can come in. I know he knows our future but what about possible multiple futures? I know he can “so to speak” see in all directions and we only one.
