This is a follow up question. Our parish has a large crucifix on one wall of the Nave, and a large plain cross for the procession in lent. The crucifix is removable or coverable. Our liturgist has said, that our Archdiocese has approved the plain cross because there is not a crucifix on it. The plain cross is left in the Nave by the baptismal font during mass, and is not carried out at the end.

  1. *]Is this still ok to have two crosses under these circumstances?
*]If not, how should I approach talking about this?

This should not be problematic the only concern is that there is supposed to be a crucifix in the sanctuary.
