How short is a “short” chain? I want it to be short enough that I have the excuse of wearing my crucifix on the outside sometimes without it looking unnecessarily long.
Chains start at 16 inches and go up in 2 inch increments to about 30 inches. Sixteen inches is short on a slender woman. Eighteen to twenty would be short on a guy.
