I’ve never seen anything like it. It is certainly powerful and beautiful.

Any idea where that picture was taken? Such an unusual altar and building.

Anyone know if the Chausble with the image of the Crucifix pictured above is currently used today? I’ve never seen it at Mass before, but I like it.

It looks like it was designed with the ad orientem position in mind so the congregation can be reminded of the sacrificial nature of the Mass.
I’ve never seen it. But, I’m guessing it could be used today. It could be used in an ad orientam NO. Or even a versus populum NO, but that would defeat the purpose of having an image on the back of the chasuble.
