I could use any ideas or reflections on the passage from"Letter and Spirit" of Scott Hahn, page 93. He is talking about the liturgy. Hahn is quoting from Cyprian Vagaggini.
“Thus the redemptive power of these events is in its own way newly actualized and prolonged because it is newly applied. Therefore, it can be said that these events (as if, for example, the Mass of Christmas renewed the nativitiy of our LOrd in the sames way that every Mass renews, in its own way unbloodily, the scrifice of Golgotha), but in their redemptive power.”
