I can enjoy good paperback fiction from time to time.

I stumbled across this book: Mystic Rose, Celtic Crusades by Stephen Lawhead

Does anyone have an interest in these book and have any suggestions?

Ditto for Espionage Novels, in fact, I enjoy some of the World War II retro-historical novels as well (like Fatherland by Robert Harris).

You could try, “The Scarlet and the Black” and “Underneath (or The Shadow of) His Wings”. They are not really fiction, but a pretty good read anyway.

You might like The Empty Quarter by David Robbins. I found it exciting and fascinating once I got into it. About the Air Force Special Ops parajumper rescuers. History, thriller, fiction.
