Yes it is. It’s the holy spirit touching you. I do it every time I pray the rosary

That often happens to me when I pray. I was told it was the “gift of tears”, a spiritual gift of the Holy Spirit.

Totally normal! It doesn’t happen to all of us, but when it does it is a gift from God.

It is normal at times. It could just be a natural emotional response or it could be “gift of tears” or some consolation from God.
