What to do if I have cursed someone? The thing is, when I realized that, I began to curse myself as a retribution of what I have done wrong.

I felt even worse afterwards.

Go to the sacraments of confession and communion, and offer your prayers for the person that was cursed. The prayer to St Michael the Archangel comes to mind.
