Garg if I get the time I will call because I am curious as to why they would think they could take a event created by Catholics for Catholics and make it to something it wasn’t intended to be…but then I would ask you to call the National Cursillo Center and speak to someone on why the Cursillo should remain a Catholic movement…I’m sure in Peoria they’ll have lots of reasons for why they do it their way, but I can just about promise you I wont agree with them…There are already movements like the Walk that were designed with people like Kater in mind…the fact that they took a proven movement and dissected it to meet their needs does not impress me…again, I didnt discourage her from going and I think if she feels it would help her she should go…but I dont see why one would go when there are things they couldnt participate in…perhaps we will have to respectfully disagree on this matter.
