The cost of the property settlement between the Czech state and churches may reach 78.9 billion to 96.24 billion crowns if inflation is to be taken into account, the Culture Ministry says in its bill published at the government web page yesterday.

The Church should not accept Caesar’s coin. The Romans at the time of Christ paid the Temple elders to help keep the “statu quo” of the religious.:tsktsk:

These are ligit payments actually. It’s payments for the seizer of property that (presumably) was never returned during the communist years in Czechoslovakia. So yes, they do deserve that money.
