Dad hit by car.

A dad as well as a husband was lost today.

He was riding on a bike, and he got hit by a car.

Please pray for this family.

I know the kids, they are two girls: 8th grade; 10th grade.

I don’t know how to express my current feelings on this matter. I only ask, “why?”

Forgive my way of expressing this. I’m confused right now.

The family was very close, and it’s all they have.

The Lord is with thee
Blessed art thou among women
and Blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus
Holy Mary mother of God
Pray for us sinners now
and at the hour of our death.

Father have mercy on this family that has lost father and husband. Please strengthen their faith in You despite this tragedy. Please comfort and provide for this family. Heal them in this awful loss. Father care for them and comfort them with the love You have for Jesus.

Please give courage and faith to all who are mourning, family and friends.

Eternal Father, I offer you the body and blood, soul and divinity of your dearly beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ in atonement for his sins and those of the whose world. For the sake of his sorrowful passion, have mercy on him and on the whole world. Amen **
 
I will be praying for both the family and for the soul of the father.

Heavenly Father, please come to these girls in their disastrous loss, wrap your arms around them and let them know their father in heaven will always be there for them. Send Your Grace upon them that they have the strength to endure. In Jesus’ name, please send this family Your peace. Amen.

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us, and increase Your mercy in us, so that in difficult moments we might not despair, nor become despondent, but with great confidence, submit ourselves to Your Holy Will, which is Love and Mercy itself.
