Dad in intensive care

thanks so much for all the prayers. he is no longer in intensive care, but the reason he is alive is kidney dialysis and feeding tube. he is still confused a lot, and today I talked to him on the phone, and he was very angry and depressed and I don’t know if he is all there. he doesnt understand. he said he is in hell. he said he will eat when he gets out. he is on iv feeding but hopefully start eating to get stronger, but he doesnt want to. i just keep telling him i love him and i miss him and the people asking about him. he is still very weak. it is just so sad, my heart is broken, i will accept God’s will whatever happens, I know he will go to a better place. maybe he will get better but today was not hopeful. the nurse said he is confused. more prayers please, thanks :signofcross::gopray::signofcross:

Update on my Dad. He has been in a nursing home now for several month. He is on lifetime kidney dialysis. He also has dementia. He is not my same Dad as they said he would not be. But he can still tell me he loves me. It is heartwrenching and very hard. I think the dementia is the hardest part, especially on my mom his bride of almost 52 years. He has now turned 79. I know that is a long life and he had a pretty good life. His prognosis is months/days. I just don’t want him to suffer so much, he cries out a lot and we don’t know what he wants. I need prayers for him and my Mom to get through this easier. I also need prayers that I can forgive my siblings for interfering in his care and lying and working their own agendas. I am just there to love him so much and pray for him and to ask people for prayers, whatever God’s will is, I am sure my Dad will accept it. Just for peace in his final days/months, and that he gets the right care. Amen, thanks so much!!
 
He truly sounds like a wonderful man. Praying for you, your mother, your farther and the rest of your family.
