As a supplement to the insight gained from this great Catholic Answers site,I wanted to put out there that I recently launched a site just for a daily simple meditation that people can subscribe to and thus will arrive in your email inbox at approximately 4am each morning. The site name is “Silent Insight” and the link is (www.SilentInsight.com) The mediations are simple and a simple prayer format is provided. The foundation for the meditations is primarily from the spiritual exercises of St. Ignatius and other insight obtained via years of attending silent retreats. I hope you will find the format simple and easy in order to facilitate drawing closer to God on a moment to moment basis similar to the tools available from Catholic Answers.
