The daily prayer of the Church is the Liturgy of the Hours/Divine Office. Most lay people pray Morning and Evening Prayer and many add Night Prayer to those. None take more than 15 minutes to do. The simplest version is Shorter Christian Prayer, although the longer Christian Prayer has more to offer. There are guides for how to use them, as well. A simple Google search will bring up sites from which you can order copies: google.com/search?q=shorter+christian+prayer+purchase&gws_rd=ssl.

That link does not have the Acts of Faith, Hope and Charity, but you can find them and others at the CatholiCity as well as numerous other sites.

It is good to pray the Morning Offering, the Acts of Faith, Hope, Charity and Contrition (each carries a partial indulgence). I also like to pray the prayer for a dying soul.

Most Roman Missals have daily prayers. The Baronius Press Missal has a nice assortment of daily morning and evening prayers.

You can look up the Liturgy of the Hours, or just pray through the Psalms.
