Be aware that the readings might not always follow the actual calendar readings; meaning 32nd week of Ordinary Time or 25th week after Pentecost.
This past week, we had the Dedication of the Lateran Basilica on Wednesday, St Leo Thursday and St Martin on Friday. For the last 2 the proper readings (those for the saint) were optional.
The way the rules work for the Lectionary (at least weekdays), the saints days readings are an option. Even if the memorial itself is obligatory, priests are still permitted to use the calendar readings (the Temporal cycle) because many of those are semi-continuous; i.e. we might read about Moses all week.
If you want to follow along (and I encourage that) check with the priest on his own preference so you know what to expect. For example, personally, I stick with the temporal cycle as much as possible. Other priests prefer to use the saints readings when available.
Of course, the first question is which form of the Mass are you attending? Ordinary Form or Extraordinary Form? Either way, there could still be changes (such as votive Masses), but that detail helps to answer your specific question.
