Daily Lenten Prayer for March 11, 2009
Opening Prayer: Father, teach us to live good lives, encourage us with Your support and bring us to eternal life. Amen.
Scripture Readings: Jeremiah 18:18-20 Matthew 20:17-28
Meditation: Jesus was willing to suffer and die because of His love for all humanity. Am I willing to suffer and make personal sacrifices for my loved ones?
Closing Prayer: Lord our God, may the gifts You give us as a pledge of unending life help us to salvation
