God’s never-ending mercy takes flesh in you and proves its faithfulness: You have risen and loosed the grip of sin! Now we, too, need not die. We can live because you have risen from the dead. Our hope is in you, and you are completely faithful!

We could never raise ourselves up, but you have removed our unworthiness, cleansed us, and brought us into the holy place. Even on earth, we can seek what is above, where you dwell in glory, because we belong to you!
“Blessing and honor to you, Lord Jesus, for you are our life! You are the source of never-ending life, a life that sin and death cannot defeat, a life that is cleansed and pure, a life that brings life wherever it goes. And when you appear in glory, we will appear with you, for you are our life!
“There is no one like you, Lord: Redeemer, Brother, Conqueror, Light! Your greatness is beyond our ability to describe! You are creator and re-creator, sacrificial Lamb and victorious King! To you belongs all praise and honor, all exultation and delight!
