Daily Prayer August 9, 2009

I am pulled in so many different directions each day, Lord. My mind goes one way while my heart goes another. Help me to simplify my life, Lord, so that I can focus more readily on You. Amen.

Sounds like a prayer from the human side of most Christians in the world today. We all are being pulled from side to side with so many distractions. We know where our main focus should be at all times but daily life has a way of disrupting that focus. Keep up the good fight and you shall persevere in faith.
