Daily Prayer for August 8, 2009
Divine Creator, the violence and the hatred in our world, our neighborhood and even within our families are difficult to comprehend. Help us to trust in Your almighty power and goodness. You give us hope and consolation with the promise of a new creation. Give us courage and the faith to love that promise, through Christ Jesus. Amen.
