He most certainly is a priest. The news media state that he is a newly ordained priest.

If you don’t like what he is doing, then that’s your opinion, but that doesn’t make him “not a priest.”

As for his dancing, I think it’s great, and done in an appropriate setting (i.e. he’s not dancing at Mass).

I’m also impressed that he did not trip on his cassock, and that he’s even in a cassock. I like cassocks.
