I suffer from PTSD I have done from childhood and I have a huge over responsibility for others and feel others pain deeply and worry incessantly as a woman in my late 50s I’ve come to realise that I feel pain and anguish because I can’t but want to make things better in their world so I can feel safer in mine. Speaking for myself I know it as part of my mental health. I hope you have respite from it
