Date of Easter Season?

I believe Easter season ends at Pentecost, but when does Easter Season begin?

I ask because I wish to know whether I’ve already made my Easter duty by going to Confession last time I went.

Easter season starts on Easter Sunday. It lasts 50 days and ends on Pentecost. I think the Easter obligation is to receive communion during Easter, so if you don’t have any more mortal sins you aren’t required to go to confession during Easter.

The requirements from the 1917 Code of Canon Law regarding the fulfillment of this duty in one’s own parish have been dropped. So it can be fulfilled anywhere.""
