Perhaps the thread is old, but the subject is perennial. I suspect this thread is helping people today, as unfortunately this problem seems here to stay.

Sure. I just wanted to point that out in case anyone missed it and was expecting the OP to join in the discussion (it looks like the OP hasn’t been back to CAF in over a year either). But if people want to respond for the edification of others in similar situations, go for it. 👍
