Dating Rules (for adults)

If I have gone on a few dates with a woman my age (we are both late twenties), and there seems to be chemistry, at what point does it become appropriate to invite someone to your home? I’m speaking purely with the intentions of dinner and a movie.

When I was younger, this was never an issue because quite often I was double-dating or were often with a circle of friends, and inviting the whole group to my house was more natural.
Nowadays, however, I’m not so social, and these situations are not so readily available.

IMHO it is perhaps playing with fire for a young unmarried couple to spend too much time in a private setting like that. You know, chemistry and all that.
 
Perhaps, but my question was about at what point is it appropriate?
 
If you’re mature enough, it should be fine. One possibility though is to invite over a married couple you know. Or another thought is babysitting for a married couple that wants to go out on a date.
