Daughter hates new Catholic school

As far as Junior year being way to late…what if you had moved across country for a job, there wouldn’t have been a choice. People do this all the time and it’s okay.

Right, but this isn’t the case. I’d also say in some of those cases the student comes to resent their parents for pulling them so late in their school career.

In this case, the student still has the option to go back to school and graduate with her friends. IMHO, switching Junior year is too late and this is bound to happen. I’ve watched it before at my high school.

I would agree with this. Where we live, the Catholic schools have the most entitled students, the teachers don’t have control of their classes, and they don’t kick out the bad kids because they are losing enrollment.

We started our son at a Catholic HS. Many of his teachers were not very good. Thank goodness our hand was forced to remove him because he contracted lymphoma.
